I'm also excited about the new wave book

I have told several of my friends about the information I learned while in the seminar. I wasn't aware of some of the ways people could steal your identity as well as how quick they are hacking business services each day. We are definitely taking precautions in our offices and alerting our other team members. I'm also excited about the new wave book. Thanks!

Brought a new insight

The seminar was great. PC Doctor's brought a new insight cyber fraud. I knew there was a lot of fraud but I was not aware of how deep the fraud went when using an electronic device. I always worry about my phone and the fraud that can produce; now I worry about my Kindle and my laptop. Banking is another opportunity for fraud. PC Doctor gave us an insight to how some of this is being done and how to prevent some of it. I wish it lasted longer so they could have covered more in-depth how cyber fraud happens and more of the necessary precautions to prevent it.

The seminar was great

I think the information provided at the seminar was great. I have already shared most of it with others. I wish it was longer and we could hear everything each speaker wanted to tell us. I would suggest adding an additional hour and give the speakers more time to go over their material.

I went to PC doctor to get assistance with my computer power switch. The service person was very courteous and prompt in helping me. In a matter of minutes he repaired my switch, soldering the wire and contact points together again. at no charge. He also answered questions about wifi signal boosters. I highly recommend them and will use them for future computer repair and consultations. Thanks again.

If you want an honest diagnostic review come PC Doctor! Your computer will be evaluated to troubleshoot the problem, Then you will be contacted to let you know what was found and the cost. At that time you can make a decision about whether to repair it or trash it. In my case, it was worth it to repair it. No pressure sales jobs here!!

Doc fixes my problems most all the time on the first try. But sometimes it takes 2-3 visits to get my PC fixed. But you DO get it fixed. I know I cannot do it. They are friendly and affordable. I will continue using them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great to know you have a company you can trust

I am not sure as to how long ago I met Jimmie Mackey with PC Doctor, but it has been quite some time ago that our office manager started using this company and everyone that came to our office was very nice but Jimmie wins the "FIVE STAR" with a great personality as well as his service. PC Doctor is an excellent business

I've been a customer of PC Doctor since 2010, when my old computer burned out. After purchasing a new desktop and laptop I added PC Doctor's Pro Care to all my devices. I've been renewing my subscription every year since then. I've recommended them to my friends, family, and business associates. They are professional and efficient, and take time out to explain things thoroughly. If I call they always have someone knowledgeable there to assist me. PC Doctor is an excellent business, and I love their Pro Care Subscription. Wish there were more PC Doctor businesses located throughout the US!
